What Sets the 123hd VIP Rewards Programme Apart from Other Platforms?
Many online betting platforms offer a "VIP programme" — but if you look closely, most are really just standard bonus deals with a fancier name. At 123hd, we built the VIP Rewards programme from the ground up with one goal in mind: to make loyal Malaysian members feel genuinely valued — not just like a number in a system.
The biggest difference? Rewards at 123hd are automatic. Your weekly cashback is credited every Monday — no need to click a "claim" button or contact CS. Level-ups also happen automatically once you hit the required deposit threshold — no application process, no forms to fill in. Our system tracks your progress in real time.
Exclusive 123hd baccarat table — VIP Gold access and above
For new players who have just registered at 123hd, you are automatically placed at Bronze tier. This is not just a label — you start enjoying VIP benefits from day one: 3% weekly cashback, priority Live Chat access, and VIP points that accumulate every time you play. This is how we show our appreciation from the start, not only after you have "proved yourself".
When you reach Gold tier — at RM 5,000 in cumulative deposits — the most significant change is having a dedicated personal account manager. This is not a bot or an automated script. It is a real person assigned to your account who knows your playing history, understands which bonuses are most relevant to you, and can be reached directly via WhatsApp or Telegram whenever you have a question or an issue. At 123hd, we believe Gold and above members deserve a more personal level of service beyond the standard Live Chat.
The Platinum tier opens up a whole new world. Daily withdrawal limits are removed entirely — you can withdraw any amount you win, whenever you want. Invitations to exclusive events start appearing on your calendar. A RM 250 birthday bonus is credited automatically on your special day. And with 12% weekly cashback, even a rough week still puts meaningful returns back in your pocket.
Diamond is the highest and most exclusive tier at 123hd. Diamond members are part of an elite group that receives the best treatment — 18% weekly cashback, 30% deposit bonus, a dedicated account manager available around the clock, access to VIP tables not open to the public, and a RM 500 birthday bonus. These aren't just numbers — they're a recognition that you are among the most valued members of the 123hd Malaysia community.
One thing we take great pride in at 123hd is the transparency built into our system. You can check your VIP progress at any time from your account dashboard — see how many points you have earned, how many more you need to reach the next tier, and how much cashback credit will be added next week. No black box, no hidden conditions to trip you up.
All deposit methods available in Malaysia are accepted and count toward your VIP progress — FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. This means there are no technical barriers to advancing through the 123hd VIP programme. You don't need to switch payment methods or open a new bank account — just use what's already on your phone.
Ultimately, the 123hd VIP Rewards programme is about a long-term relationship. We don't just want you to play once and leave — we want you to feel that 123hd is your online gaming home. And the best way to prove that isn't through empty promises, but through rewards that are real, consistent, and get better every time you move up a tier. Register today and begin your VIP journey.
Important Notes on VIP Levels
Your VIP tier remains active as long as your account stays active (at least one deposit within any 90-day period). If there is no activity for more than 90 days, your tier may be downgraded by one level. Diamond members whose accounts have been inactive for 180 days will be downgraded to Platinum.
