Terms & Conditions 123hd — Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform 123hd along with all services, games, and features offered on it. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 123hd as the platform operator.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions:

• Ineligibility: 123hd employees, contractors, their immediate family members, and any individuals involved in the operation of the platform are not permitted to open a player account at 123hd.

The account registration process at 123hd requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name, active email address, Malaysian phone number, and date of birth.

Account Security Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your 123hd account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including 123hd support staff, who will never ask for your password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action.

Identity Verification (KYC): 123hd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include:

All games on 123hd — including live casino, slots, poker, table games and Sports Betting — are governed by the rules set by the respective game providers and 123hd platform policies. The following terms apply generally:

• Final decision: Game results recorded in the 123hd system are final. In the event of a dispute between a player's screen display and server records, the 123hd server records shall serve as the definitive reference.
• Technical interruptions: If your internet connection drops during an active live game round, the 123hd system will apply a default action (Stand for blackjack, or the equivalent outcome for other games) to protect the player's interests. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical disruption on 123hd's end, the bet will be fully refunded.
• System error: In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect payout, 123hd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance to reflect the rightful outcome.
• Betting limit: Each game and table has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 123hd and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Opening or operating more than one account (including via different IP addresses or devices)
• Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to play using your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in unintended ways — including hedge betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or identity deception
• Money laundering or using the 123hd platform for any illegal activity
• Harassing or threatening other players or 123hd staff
• Attempts to hack, breach, or interfere with 123hd's systems

123hd reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or false registration information
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player themselves
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Account balance at time of closure: If an account is closed at the player's request with no violations involved, any valid account balance (not subject to incomplete bonus rollover requirements) will be returned to the player upon completion of the KYC process. If the closure is the result of a terms violation, 123hd reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
